    will these speakers work with my MB? i couldnt tell exactaly what kind of inputs it had.

    The additional images show 3 inputs for the audio. Rear, Front and sub.

    You'd want to try to find something that has an optical input.

    It would work, but it would not be real surround.

    I've seen/heard of external sound cards, that plug in via usb, and I think that those would work with that.

    But it wouldn't work as full surround just out of the box, though you could get stereo out of them.
