I'm sure that it would run fine (I will be installing it tomorrow on my MBP 13" and let you know for sure).

The 320M is about equvalent to the 9500M GS/GT, no way near the 9800M GTS!

That would be great if it were as powerful as a 9800GTX :).. At 1280x800 though that 320m does very well after having played some games on one ...

I play civ5 on mine using a Wineskin port, and even with that extra overhead, it's still playable. If you actually install and play it using Windows, I'd expect it to run even better.

The 320m runs about equivalent to the 9600gt in my 2008 MBP (which Apple has slightly underclocked)

Its not out for the mac, but I believe it well eventually come out for it. Civ 4 came out on Mac and i bet civ 5 will do the same. Just gotta wait for the os x version if you don't want to run bootcamp.

Edit: by bootcamp I mean running windows in general.

really? thats funny.. I didn't wait for a Mac OS X version and I don't run boot camp.. and I also don't play it in a Virtual Machine... theres more options than most people realize.

Speaking of an official Mac version, it has not yet been announced this will ever happen. Since previous Civs have come to Mac its likely this one will too, but its not guaranteed... there may never be an official Mac version.... but thats why there are unofficial ports :)
