    My wife and I just got macbooks with the student deal. We got a canon mp510 and a canon mp470. I want to keep one and sell the other. The mp510 cost 30 dollars more, but i cant see from the specs why. They seem the same, except the cheaper one actually has better dpi.

    any thoughts would be appreciated

    It looks like the MP470 is the updated version of the MP510. Didn't really see any other difference.

    yeah they look alot alike but the mp510 is actually more expensive

    ill take a guess that you each got a different color macbook to easily differentiate? if so..did you get the black one? :]
