    what do you use to clean your macbook glossy screen?

    Hi guys I saw that apple sells a liquid for $30, that's really expensive do you have any suggestions on what to use to clean the glossy screen and the keyboard of the macbook?

    I heard the cheapest alternative to all those kits is use a soft cloth (one that doesnt scratch, like the ones you use for your Glasses) and dampen it a bit with dish washing liquid (make sure it's not too wet/dripping).

    agreed with rick. i use one of the cloths that came with my glasses but i dont but anything on it you just gotta apply a minimal amount of pressure until the smear is gone.

    A microfiber cloth with a very small amount of water, preferably Fiji :).

    for me, no. but ive only been using it for like 2 weeks. a few months down the road i might be past cloth.

    go to office depot and buy some screen cleaner, should be 2 bottles for about $5, and a 3M microfiber cloth for about $5, keep the cloth very clean and it should last you for a long time.
