You have to install the Boot Camp drivers from the CD/DVD you make in OS X prior to installing Windows. Then download the most recent display drivers. You have to have 150 mb package (links are available in the Guru3D forums) instead of the 1 mb one you get directly from AMD. Install the new drivers on top of the Boot Camp ones. Reboot and you're good to go.
