    Hi, everyone! I noticed when I plug in headphones into my mac and use iTunes I notice a soft static sound that I can hear during the soft parts of songs, when I pause the song and a few seconds after I close iTunes, then it goes away. Is this normal?

    which Mac... I had an older MBP that I noticed that on.. was slight whenever the sound card was activated in any program... my new(er) MBP 13" 2010 doesn't do it at al though.
