    My sister just got a macbook and we're having some problems. First, the screen savers don't work. I tried different ones, and none of them would start, even when you set a hotcorner to start the screen saver it doesn't work. And with mail, it has her sent messages in the inbox (gmail with pop). any help would be nice.

    Ok nevermind a restart fixed the screen saver. Any ideas about mail?

    I use imap in gmail,it is better than pop. Go to gmail and open up imap.

    Yup imap worked. I have imap set up on mine I just got confused which one was which. :rolleyes:

    yeah if you have POP enabled i think it usually defualts to that for some reason.
