So I just got back from traveling and I noticed that my battery health dropped to 97%, this is just after 4 cycles and it wasn't gradual it just happened all of a sudden. Is this normal? I tried to do an SMC reset but it still stayed the same. Could my battery be faulty? Should I be worried?

every battery differs slightly in their capacities so it just needs some time to be calibrated with your os' battery gauge. dont worry, thats normal as long as it doesnt gradually drop more.

    cheers

I have the same model as you and have noticed the same issue with mine. Is this normal? I've had mine for about 10 days now and the system is reporting a max charge will hold 6312 mah where as by default my battery should be able to hold 6559 so this means I can only use about 97% of my battery's capacity.
