I have a macbook pro, and it uses 34mm express card slot.
Unfortunately, i purchased a tv tuner 54mm express card while it was on sale.
I found a cheap solution, which is buy $10 USB express card adapter.

My concern is .. will cause any delay for me?
express card -> adapter -> USB -> macbook pro.

The express card also enables user play video games on the monitor.. will that also create delay?

    thank you for answering

The USB bus does not have nearly as much bandwidth as the Express Card bus. I'm thinking that the TV tuner will probably be okay, but test it and be prepared to return the 54mm card to get a 34mm one.

Also, the Express Card slot does not really let users play video games. Sure, the XG station exists, but good luck finding it.

Well, if the card has composite or svideo input, you can play games. Though depends on the tuner if there will be lag. My usb tuner doesnt have any lag.

Youll need eyetv though to use the tuner in osx (if it doesnt come with osx software, and i dunno if it will work with that card) or if the adapter you bought will work in osx.

Will it work in bootcamp? probably yea.
