    my rips glitch then cut 2 minutes ahead what am i doing wrong?

    Without knowing what kind of video file you're trying to process, what your settings are, and various other aspects, you might as well ask "Why can't I perform brain surgery?!"

    Default settings in handbrake thats all i can say really.

    Change the framerate to 23.976 (NTSC Film). That fixed any glitching/crashing for me. I have no idea why, but it worked.

    It would have been nice if you gave a little more detail though.. like what are you ripping, if its a video file, then what kind and to what format are you ripping/converting it to.

    On some protected movies, it will scan the source for me and it will glitch, so that might be your problem. What type of file are you trying to convert it to?
