This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Is parrallels desktop compatible with vista (or xp) 64?

    Vista is pretty much horrible in a virtual machine. If you must run it, go with Boot Camp.

    VMware Fusion supports 64 bit OSes. Its in beta now and is free.

    I have Vista 64 and Ubuntu 64 on my external drive. Its fun.
