    older games on mbp?

    Is there any way to play older games (Myst, Pathways into Darkness, 7th Guest, glider pro) on my new mbp?

    If there is a mac version for it then no problem. Otherwise you can use bootcamp to install Windows. This will funktion just like normal windows on a PC, no differance. Some really old games might run in Parallels or VMware in a virtual machine.

    i used to have a really old mac back in the day (like 1994) and i had these games for it, but now my mbp says they are not compatable. i would rather not buy the game again

    They used to run in other chip than the powerpc
    I think the rosetta don't support this, if they are dos and mac versions you should look for dosbox
