I know that the modded INFs from laptopvideo2go have supported this, but the latest beta drivers released today from nVidia actually support the 9400M out of the box.

These drivers support the screen brightness controls (I had probs with this using the modded drivers) AND more importantly I can now use an external monitor and resume from sleep mode. The Apple drivers would not resume after the video card turned the external monitor off.

Dumb question, but are you using the drivers for osx or for windows? Does osx even use .exe files? Last I heard (and a long time ago) they used some other type of file as their executable.

Windows only. Why would you need these drivers for OS X anyways?

Not sure, better optimization for the few games that exist on osx? Maybe World of Warcraft for example? I dunno.

Yea its not a driver issue, its just the fact that windows cant see the 9400 cause its switched off by the efi during bootup.

Does the patch work for the 13" Macbook in Boot Camp?

Just to clarify for those people who are asking, the drivers are for when people boot into windows. Not within osx itself, it has its own separate drivers.
