    my mac keeps shutting down my programs?!?

    i have a black macbook and it keeps shutting down my programs and asking me if i want to reopen. Mostly, its with programs i recently downloaded, but its been happening randomly. In the middle of use, it will shut down a program? Why is this and whats the fix?

    Its happened to me too at times. Have you tried clicking close, quitting the program entirely, and then opening from the dock again?

    Repair Disk Permissions and Restart. Hopefully that will fix your problems.

    What applications? Did you install the applications properly or are you running them from the .dmg?
