You mean to transcribe an MP3 to MIDI? So it has instruments etc?

I don't know of any OSX applications, but there are tons for XP. If you Google for "mp3 midi" or "wav midi", you'll find quite a few links for apps that promise to convert to midi. If you go through all of the links, hopefully you'll find at least one app that works on OS X.

Those are really poor, even when making an mp3 with just one piano line I remember some crappy MP32MIDI program getting lots of wrong notes.

Your best bet would be to recreate the tune, or have somebody do it for you ;)

It's pretty complicated. You'd have to have the skills to recreate a tune which implies years of musical training and experience. :D
