It means it has 128 Mb of dedicated VRAM.

Yes with the new drivers(don't know if you can with old ones) that just came out you can.

Yep, definitely.
Having 128MB of VRAM isn't as much as of a limiting factor as some people say it is. It mostly depends on what games you're playing and at what settings you want to be able to use. More VRAM will help out noticeably on newer games with large texture loads and at higher resolutions (or with AA on), but for other not-so recent games (not from within the last 6 months) it becomes much less of a factor. -
As for Crysis, if the demo is anything, it is very playable and you can have the settings at medium and play fine.
(I feel bad, but it completly slips my mind what resolution I played it at. It might have been native res, but I kind of doubt that, if anything it was 1380~ but it wasnt 1280x800)
A lot of people bash the 128mb version of the card, but it isn't as bad as some people make it out to be.
