Hi I bought a refurb macbook today
the one I got was th MacBook 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - White for $950
I didnt realize this until but the one I have has the
Intel GMA 950 graphics processor with 64MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory
while the one for $50 more has the
Intel GMA X3100 graphics processor with 144MB of DDR2 SDRAM shared with main memory
Would it be better to pay $50 to get this?
I don't play games, so does it really matter?
A response asap would be very helpful!

If you get the X3100, you'll also get the Santa-Rosa processor, which better than the meroms you have right now. However, the difference will be negligible.

Worth it for $50, I'd say.

Definitely worth it for 50 bucks. It's not just a better graphics chip, but it's a better processor, too. You'll make the difference up if you ever decide to sell it, too.
