    does anyone know how much space is left on the flashdrive with lion, ilife etc loaded in it? basically, how much space is left when you purchase it from the store?

    From what I have read, a MBA (doesn't matter the capacity) is going to have 14GB taken away just for the OS and whatever else comes with it. I believe a formatted 64GB SSD (i.e. the ones in the MBA) have a capacity of 60GB after they are formatted. So you are looking at 46GB of usable storage from an initial boot.

    I could be a little off with those numbers as I don't have a 64GB MBA. I was just going off of information I found in a few Google searches.
