Hello all, I'm off to buy a notebook in the very near future (week or two) and then I'm moving off to England about 3 weeks after that. Being a poor man in a grossly overpriced city of London I was hoping to buy the TV tuner to double my laptop as a TV when in need, which would mainly be for Tottenham football matches anyway!

So my question is, one is anyone with apt knowledge able to tell me if the cable jacks in England are different than those used for the standard TV adaptors found on Apple's website?

And secondly, does anyone know if you can plug a gaming system (ie: Playstation 2) into the adaptor. I saw the audio/video in slots (red/yellow/white) on the adaptor, so i figured I might. Otherwise, bringing the old system and games would be a waste of valuable suitcase space!

    Thanks for any help

Im curious about this also, not the Playstation Part, but the Tv Tuner part. Im going back to college come next month and I have a lot of TV Shows I enjoy watching but the thing is to get cable up at my college its something like 60 or 70 a month added to my tuition because the college is in the middle of nowhere on a mountin hehe. So a TV Tuner would be GREAT if I could get one.

I've come to this thread a couple times already, and I know a great TV tuner for Apple, its just the whole fact of what England uses as a tv jack connection. Something tells me they don't use the same one we do, however I do know if you're going to get a TV tuner, it needs to be PAL compliant, NSTC won't work over there.

I'll give a look around in a while, and come back with my findings.
