    mac office 08 questions

    ok im really looking at switching my asus laptop for a macbook because its smaller and ive always been curious about macs, so anyways no matter what as a windows nerd il have bootcamp but i mean it would be easyer to use the mac most the time..

    so this brings me to my question, office 07. i LOVE onenote...... it seems like a dumb question but is office 08 for mac going to get onenote?

    From what I hear, it'll only have Word, Excel, Power Point and Equation Editor from its Windows counterpart. In addition, it'll have two programs that's basically outlook and publisher with different names and a few other features. No onenote.

    What about Access? Also, wtf is up with not having Outlook on a Mac? I hate Entourage.

    wow that um sucks.... i LOVE one note for school notes it beats my old process of word, so i guess parallels is my only option,

    For individual applications there is also CrossOver Mac. There may also be a Mac equivalent somewhere, but I don't know much about OneNote.

    What all do you use One Note for? There's Google Notes and Circus Ponies Notebook (which offers a lot more). You only need One Note if you must tie your notes to Outlook.

    there is notetaking software already built into Office for Mac. and it works very well.

    Circus Ponies looks really good! Almost feels a waste to buy it though if I'm getting Office 2007 which will have OneNote already...

    Anyone know how well Office 2K7 (Outlook included) runs in Fusion or Parallels?
