I'm thinking about getting a mac but I'm worried about games in general. I know that you can switch OS on a mac notebook but I am still uncertain of a few things. Even though you can use vista, is gaming the same as it would be on a PC with vista? Are there any problems for those who have vista on a mac that you wouldn't get with a PC and vista? Also I heard something about Microsoft has exclusive license to DirectX.

Seeing as Vista on a PC already numerous problems, I wouldn't say running it on a Mac is any worse. Gaming is quite similar, if you want examples, just read some of the dozen reviews on this review website talking about the MBP.

Check out the threads below on the game benchmarks, they do better than PC's in my opinion.

Also keep in mind that Macs only have (1) touchpad button.

Yes but its possible to right click with it, simply put two fingers on the touchpad and click

Has to be enabled in system settings though.. I think its turned off by default, not sure..
