    Hey all,

I have a nice gaming PC and a 15in MBP from work. I'm like to get myself my own laptop.

Should I get loaded 11in or 13in + 4GB? I'm be using it for iTunes. internet and light Xcode.

As for the memory, by all means opt for the increase. Since the memory can't be upgraded later, there are a variety of reasons why you would want to go for the upgrade. But I know there are some cases where someone would be using the MBA for such light duty as to never warrant the extra 2 GB.

11" or 13" is for the most part a personal preference issue. You are choosing between compactness versus screen real estate. The other significant difference is the inclusion of an SD reader in the 13". Only the user/buyer can really answer the question.

I myself will be selling my iPad in order to partially fund an 11" MBA purchase. For me, I already have a 13" in my MBP and am looking for a step between the iPad and the 13".

4GB RAM updgrade is (sadly) a no brainer.

I would suggest to go to an Apple Store to check the size you prefer between 11'' and 13''.

Browse your usual Internet pages and see if they don't look too small on the 11''.
