everything was alright at first, when i closed the lid for a rest. found something bad, the latch doesn't work well. well, it hooked, just not tight.
there is some more room to go down if you press on it, and it loose back a little when you let it go.
the left side of the lid is higher than the right side, to be honest, i can even live with the warped lid, just the latch problem in the middle really kills me, i even have to hold it from the rear side to avoid damage.
can i return it to the store with full refund? i just bought it today.
first mac experience, don't feel good

Yes, you can fully refund or exchange the MBP at the Store within 14 days if there's something wrong with it.

A lot of MBP lids are slightly warped, so its not that unusual (although its not a good thing :p). I don't know about the latch though.

You can return it, but if the store decides it is within spec, they will charge a restocking fee.

It's probably best to just live with it.

How come? You can not even open your macbook, why the hell the store do not allow you to return it? Sound really weird.

To solve your problem with the extra space between the screen and keyboard, you can purchase a microfiber cloth to put in between like those manufactured by ShaggyMac or Radtech. I haven't purchased one yet mainly because they are quite expensive for a piece of cloth ($15 or so). But if you are really concerned about it, you can always get one.
