This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    so my mom had this random problem with her air. she wanted to add some music to the library so I did, and for some reason it would not let me drag album artwork to edit the info for each song. I was like whoa? then randomly it crashed, and now it won't even open for more than 2 seconds. she is pretty upset. here is the error report:
