i looked at one of the songs in itunes plus and now i think all the new songs are gona be plus and i dont feel like payin an extra 29 cents for the songs. how do i reverse that?

you are asking how you can get itunes plus songs without paying the extra 29 cents for it?
and not all songs will be, until all the record companies get their heads out of their asses and realize that the protected music they are putting out there has way to many ridiculous limits, just a matter of time believe. -
No, I think what he did was buy one non-DRM track for $1.29 just to try it out, and now he's forced to upgrade all his tracks from EMI into non-DRM tracks, forcing him to pay an extra $.30 for every EMI track.

Check the Preferences, there is an option to never show the iTunes Plus tracks.
