    iPod question

    I just got an ipod as a graduation gift. I got the 8 gig nano which is the same price as the 30 gig video. would i be able to exchange the nano for a video at an applestore witout a receipt?

    Was it purchased at an Apple Store? If so, you might be able to exchange it. But if it was purchased somewhere else, like a Best Buy, they probably wouldn't be able to take it in for exchange (they can normally tell by the serial number).

    At worst, if it is unopened, you should be able to sell it for close to the retail price and get a 30GB video iPod.

    Note that updates are expected very soon (like, September) for the iPod Nano and the full-size iPod, so even if you return or sell your iPod Nano, it might not be a bad idea to wait a little bit to see what comes out (there might even be announcements at tomorrow's event).

    Thats just greedy and ungrateful man.... suck it up and use the nano. It is is a very good ipod an flash vs HD based as well...
