    Hello

Is the photos and videos imported from iPad to PC thorugh windows default tool, once iPad is connected through USB cable to the PC , original and of the best quality??

I know if I send the photos from iPad through email. It might not be original and of the best quality

Or if only backing up the whole device in iTunes will give the perfectly original photos and videos??

If you access the camera roll through Windows Explorer, you will get the "raw" files. Note, however, you can only copy data from the device to your computer this way, not the other way around. There are a couple apps that can work around this, but they also require using iTunes.
