    Thinking about buying a imac 27" for sure but may consider 21.5".

    I would get the 27" iMac mainly for 2 reasons. The size is amazing to multitasking and you can upgrade the ram in the machine. The 21" iMac does not allow for ram upgrades - comes stock with 8GB. You can also use the 27" as a monitor with video in whereas the 21" you cant.

    you can upgrade the ram on the 21, not as easily as in the 27, thats that.

    Yeah im pretty set on the 27" casue the screen is huge and just awesome! Looking for deals probably be fine with just the base model otherwise gets alittle to pricey.

    apple doesnt deal deals (pun intended), you could try looking at the refurb store and the retailers with pre configed specs
