    I'm kinda waiting for iPhone 4 in July for Canada... I am hoping they have brand new plans like under $50 to be honest. Geez expensive!

    No it doesnt. It affects all those users who will be running iOS 4 - that includes older iPhone devices, like the 3G and 3Gs. It doesnt have much to do with the actual phone hardware itself, more the software.

    I wonder why it had to update my library, never had that happen with an update to itunes before.
