    iSight Webcam

    Anybody have an issue with the iSight webcam on the new macbook shutting down and restarting back up in a moment after an amount of usage time.....the green lights by the iSight would go off indicating it's shut down and then it would light back up on again instantly.....is it just a refresh or there is a bad connection?

    Are you just using photobooth or skype or something? I was messing around with photobooth early and it worked fine.

    ive been using it with skype for over 6 hours already..
    no problem yet

    I was using it with skype....no proble what soever, it just seems like it refreshes after a while (green lights on and off).....does not bother me....but was wondering if anyone has the same issue

    Does it stop working or is it just the light going off? If it's just the light I wouldn't worry about it. I haven't really used my isight much yet.

    The green light went off along with the camera....then it will come back instantly....this happens when I use it for a period of time like every ten minutes....and this is on Skype.

    I've had no problems till now but I just noticed that the new Skype doesn't recognize the iSight. I'm gonna do repair permissions to see if it helps.
