Typical of the All-Wise-Ones at the tech companies: "WE will tell you how to use our product! We WILL require you to follow our wishes!"

I have no interest in "on-the-go"; I do not want it showing up on its own.\

How does one block it, remove it?

    Thank you. Appreciated.

That would be just apple, not all tech companies. I use my dell computers, and android phones how I want. I am not sure what you mean by on the go?
