I personally don't know if those will work with an iPhone or not. You may want to look on Samsung's website to see any specifics. It looks like those headphones only have an in-line answer button. You would be better off getting headphones that fully fit within Apple's standards by offering an answer button, play/pause, volume adjustment, fast forward, rewind, next track, and previous track functionality. What kind of headphones are you looking for? In-ear buds, ear buds, on-ear headphones, or over the ear headphones? What is your budget? What kind of environment will these headphones be used in (daily commute on a train/bus, working out, etc.)?

I don't recommend bluetooth headphones simply because they need to constantly be recharged. I have a pair of Sony bluetooth headphones that I don't use anymore as they would go for about 7-8 hours on a single charge and then die in the middle of the day. I would have to recharge them about once a week and it became annoying as I really didn't want something else that I had to monitor. Besides, bluetooth headphones are all about convenience and some sacrifice on the audio quality aspect. An inexpensive pair of Sony earbuds would do the trick. They have built-in iPhone/iPod controls, will help drown out ambient noise by creating a seal with your inner ear, and they sound alright. Keep in mind that, if you really wanted to eliminate outside noise, you would have to buy noise canceling headphones and those start off at around $150 going to up $300 for good models.

You don't want too much noise cancellation/isolation if you're going to be commuting on a bicycle. You need to be able to hear some noise around you, lest you disobey a traffic light or something and risk injuring yourself or others.
