It seems like 3G iphone will come earlier than we expected, and Apple named it iPhone Black. Here are some information came from mac rumors forum and sites:

According to Apple, it's just used to "differentiate the model lines"? Riiiiiight. Because 8GB and 16GB are so hard to remember.

There's definitely something fishy about that.

    Interesting. :)

Either way, if it is called "iPhone Black", sounds pretty cool to me. But what Blurb said about it sounding fishy sounds about right... "differentiate the model lines" :p

That's not 3G. It doesn't support the right GSM bands.

Because it doesn't support our 3G bands. They wouldn't bring out one 3G iPhone, only to upgrade it again in another month.
