is there a way to get the another backup CDs for my Macbook pro? .. i can't find them, and i really need to format my MBP.

i got my MBP from america, and now i'm in Kuwait (Warranty is not valid). would that be a problem? even if they required additional charges.

I am not sure on how apple stands on the whole backup disk thing. I'm sure you could talk a apple specialist into something. That is if you come back to america.

You could also do an unethical, totally illegal thing by downloading the OS X disks. I don't advise downloading illegal software I'm just saying....

You can download safari for free from apple.
