everyone in our home is fighting over it! :p :p

Just wanted to say I am a proud new owner of MBP 2.4

Also this is my first laptop and first experience with OS X.

So far so good. To me it isn't all that different than windows but luckily I have kids because they can figure out how to do anything on it. kids nowadays are so much more technically inclined than adults it seems..lol..

well, I do have a question, probably a silly one, but how the heck to I get the leopard start up screen back? I had changed my desktop earlier but decided to go back to the start up screen that was on here when I first started the laptop. I can't seem to figure out how or where it is. thanks.

Right click on the desktop, change desktop background... should be in one of the folders I think.

Thank you. I did as you suggested but it is not in any of the folders. It seems to have disappeared into oblivion.

Tyrone, i bid you a safe and speedy return home :)

    It should be in there..

Apple Menu- System preferences- Desktop&Screensaver- Choose desktop- then it should be under the 'Nature' sub folder on the left hand side. I'm currently on my Vista laptop and don't have my mac close by.
