Hi i dont knw if this will work but it worked for me. I all of a sudden recently got this logo appearing saying netblockade which appartently was related to the trial version of internet clean up i tried at the begining of the year. I just reinstalled version 4.0 and then when to spotlight and typed internet clean up and all of the files appeared then i draged all the files from there in to the trash and rebooted my mac and the netblockade and internet clean up thing was gone. Hope that helps :)
