    how to customize menubar transparency and dock properties?

    Hi guys, i just got hold of a macbook and i wnated to customize the dock and menubar

    first of all is there any progrma that can help u adjust the transparanecy for the menubar? also, im looking for any programs that can help you adjust the 3d dock, maybe swap out the gray for black and change the lights to white or something.

    anyone know any? much apreciated!

    System Preferences lets you turn off transparency of the Menu Bar, but if you want it to be slightly less transparent or more, unfortunately that's not available through System Preferences.

    There are third party free customizations for the dock, I unfortunately don't remember where it is :p.

    macthemes is great place for GUI customization.

    there is a new app coming out soon called Facade that should really make gui customization interesting.
