Is it possible to use entourage with the free version of hotmail? I know for Outlook 2007, you could use an addon call Outlook Connector to do this.

I was able to add my Hotmail account by going to Tools>Accounts>New.
I entered my Hotmail account email address and used the configuration wizard. When I got to Step 4 I clicked on "Verify Settings", it told me that it was successful. I clicked on "Send/Receive" and it worked flawlessy. However, when I tried to do this with my "@live.com" email account, it appeared to work. But when I clicked on "Verify Settings", I got the message saying "Verification Failed: "A Windows Live Hotmail Plus subscription is required." (-18598 )"
So I guess it only works with the "@hotmail.com" domain. I hope this helps.

i highly recommend just making the effort to switch to gmail or something similar. will save you so much hassle.

unless you really like having adds in all of your messages.

Hey, I've like 1500 e-mails on gmail, and I don't want entourge to recover all these e-mails... so I was wondering if its possible to set a start date for "send/receive"?

    check out the link here.

Although its catered to mail, it might work with entourage.

I know I've used Entourage with Hotmail accounts, but I have older accounts that were grandfathered in...and I guess it doesn't work with the newer way Microsoft does things? (I just today found that Outlook connector actually for Windows Outlook, but my accounts worked with the built in Outlook support too.)
