I'm using Safari and am wondering if there is a way to full screen my browser window. It would make a pretty big difference for how much I could see vertically.

Just click the bottom right corner of your browser and drag it full screen. OS X will remember the change and it will start full screen next time you start your browser.

Saft also lets you use a full screen mode which is really full screen. (No Menubar/Dock)

Yeah it seems to waste a lot of vertical realestate on my small screen by now using the whole thing.
