I want to make firefox 6 for mac look like its counterpart in windows; Like the title bar and the menu bar to be hidden so that I have more screen real estate.

Or if you can suggest how Chrome to be able to do this; then I might just switch to that.

    thanks.

On my systems (Mac and Windows), there are three lines. On Mac OS X, there is the title line with the three Mac OS X window buttons. This compares to Windows which has the orange Firefox pulldown button.

The second line has my tabs on Mac OS X. On Windows, the tabs are on the third line though I think that I could make them look the same.

The third line on Mac OS X is icons, url bar and search bar. On Windows, these are on the second line.

Firefox UI layout is changed by View -> Toolbars and View -> Toolbars -> Customize. The location of the tab bar is controlled by View -> Tabs on Top.
