    finder icons hazy looking

    I dont know what i did but my icons in finder all look hazy. I dont think its been like that the whole time. they colors are all dull. is this normal or does someone know what setting this is?

    Did you change the resolution? System Preferences --> Displays.

    I figured it out. I had a program called tinkertool installed to show hidden files. Some reason it was making the icons look white

    you get the same greyed out effect in windows when you choose to show hidden/system files.
