    facebook 2.0 problem

    So yesterday my parents came back from the us, with my new 2g 8gb ipod touch and 4g 8gig blue nano (yay), anyway, been toying around with the touch, and the one thing i cant get around to fixing is the facebook app, it doesn't login at all, it just says logging in for like forever... yes the email and password are correct, and I'm running v2.1.1 of the ipod software. cant seem to find anything on the web to fix that. anyone else have issues?

    Hmm, Facebook works fine on my iPhone 2.0, I don't know why it'd be doing that to you. Very odd. Try reinstalling the app, maybe?

    I did, no dice. I read some reviews at the app store, apparently other people are having this problem as well, but none of them have found a solution...oh well.

    It's weird, because when I put an incorrect password, it gives me invalid username or password right away, but the correct one takes such a long time. And even weirder, is that when I use Yahoo OneConnect to access facebook, the same thing happens, endless logging in screen...

    Have you tried using the web app instead? Just go to www.facebook.com in safari.

    Yeah the web app works great, just would've preferred to use the actual native thinger.
