Anandtech has done a VERY detailed review of the MBP, also included are some pretty interesting testings regarding its performance under Bootcamp and Parallel...

The test result may very well surprise you -- on a variety of tests XP performance actually is consistantly *better* under Parallel than under bootcamp! strange indeed.

Of course the archillie's heel to Parallel right now, is no GPU support, which means no 3D acceleration of any sort. I think once that feature eventually gets added, virtualization might very well be the way to go in the future...

Darn! You beat me to the punch - I was still sleep!

Very nice review and good read. I like the comp between old PB and new MBP as well as the 2 competing BootCamp vs. Virtualization
