All of the Best Buys I've been to do (except for one that didn't have a MacBook Air on display). It won't be like shopping at an Apple store (there's just a small Apple table/stand in the middle of the store), but you can stand there and play with them all you want (and you don't have to drive x hours to do it :) ).

Not sure if all BestBuy's do but several of the local ones around Denver Co have the base model MBA, Both MacBooks and both Macbook Pro's and one of the iMacs. All of these are also normally in stock.

The Big one near me has a White MB, an Aluminum MB, an Aluminum MBP 15inch, an older 17 inch MBP, a 20 inch iMac, and a 24inch iMac. The smaller one in the neighboring town doesn't have anything Mac related except the Mighty Mouse and the Wireless Keyboard. ;)

If you check Best Buy Locations at BestBuy.com, you can click on each store for my info (Hours, Adress, Info) and it'll let you know if that store has an Apple Center.
