    hey guys, i have a macbook, and when i first got it, it was called theonlyone23's computer (like my screenname!!)

    i now want to change that to my actual name...can i do this? sorry for the elementry question, but i'm new to macs

    Go to System Prefernces --> Sharing. Your computer name will be there. Just authenticate and change it to whatever you like!
