This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     cannot search external ntfs drive for files

    Finder does not work 0 results , I have NTFS-3G installed.

    Anybody know how to do this.

    Spotlight does not support the searching of NTFS drives, as it cannot create an index of the files on those drives. NTFS 3G has nothing to do with it, as OS X can read NTFS drives by default.

    Snow leopard is supposed to fix this! Also, it will make Mac OS partition visible from bootcamp!
