I don't use windows 7 but can't you do something like click on 'my computer' to see a list of drives, then right click on the DVD drive and choose eject?

Not sure why the eject button doesn't work. Mine does, IIRC, but I'm using XP.

Hold the option key on restart to get back to OS X, I think holding down the track pad button on restart also ejects the disk. You need to install the boot camp drivers from your OS X CD when you are in windows, so all the buttons will work.(like the eject button)

it always happens during the bootcamp set up. no matter what windows you install. What you have to do is restart your machine and when the white screen appears, press the eject and the trackpad button at the same time. The superdrive will vomit the dvd.
