It's hard to tell from your description, any chance you could take a photo?

hard to tell with pictures like that....is it on the screen all the time?

If it is it's probably either a dead row/column of pixels or something on the screen. Might want to look into something like deadpixelbuddy.

the one on my screen dont look like dead pixels...because when the screen is all white...i cant see it...but if its in one of the lighter colors (like yellow and light green) then i can see it clearly....odd....but it dosnt bother me

Edit: i dont have a camera right now...but i'll try to take a picture ASAP

If I were you, I would return to Apple right away. It looks like a row of dead pixels and should be covered by the warranty. If you turn the screen off, can you see a hairline scratch where the row of dead pixels is located?

It's a little hard to tell from the photos, but is the "crack" running diagonally? If so, it's probably not dead/stuck pixels... More likely something caught between the actual LCD panel and it's protective cover.

BTW, I'm guessing that image two is rotated 90 degrees from image one? :)

yes i can see it when the backlight its off. I think its a crack on the glass that covers the display because i can see a faint shadow when the screens off.

The last MBP I returned had dirt getting stuck in the screen. Apple should probably fix this for you guys because it is likely a bad seal on the screen.
