I play warcraft III:TFT QUITE A bit and I need my alt key to be where the command key is. Is there an application that will automatically bind command to alt when I launch the TFT app?
Doublecommand does this but Im curious if there are other applications that also do this.

I was tagged as a spammer on my other account but I'm not a spammer. Just want to set some things straight. Its not a referral setup or whatever, you complete said offers independent of other people's help. Its no longer possible but for the naysayers, its the real deal and I did it and got away with it.

You can switch them in system preferences, but it sounds like you want the switched only when WCIII is running. You say Doublecommand works, why look for another one?

Well because I'd have to change it manually each time I want to launch war3 and remember to turn it off. I'd rather something that requires less user intervention.

Isn't there a way to change it through the Apple Keyboard Support program?

WC3 supports an extensive keybinding system of itself, take a look. I am not sure you can do that though... what do you want it for exactly, BTW? I wanted to remap the ins/del keys which are absent on the Macbook to be able to rotate the screen and couldn't find a way. :(
