    applecare covers Canada and USA ?

    I'm getting closer to get one, but thinking of gettig MacBook from USA, my family in law live in Buffalo. Does applecare cover from Canada/ USA or where it was purchased?

    Apple care covers every country where Apple sells their products directly. So if the country has an Apple store either online or bricks and mortar (or in apples case glass and metal?) then apply care bought anywhere else in the world will help you with problems. If Apple only sells their products through resellers it will be a bit harder.

    So yes Canada is not a problem

    I just called and confirmed that it is covered across Canada/ USA. This makes it easier to buy from USA.

    Yes, it is covered worldwide. And yes, buy it in USA, its cheaper there (with the high Canadian dollar now).
